            CLASS DESCRIPTIONS



Detox and De-stress: After a long day of expelling energy this class will be an energy booster.  It will feel like a workout at the gym as we will incorporate sun salutations, breathing, movement to expel toxins from our body, strength our muscle and mind.  Our class will be completed in still poses focusing on our breath, and a short meditation.

Restore and Renew:   Bring needed energy back into your body in this relaxing yoga class.  We start in gentle stretching followed by deeper stretching. Lots of focus will be on our breath,  conscious awareness of relaxing our whole body and mind followed by meditation.
 
Core: All our strength starts from our Core.  In this class our main focus is to become aware of our core muscles and strengthen our inner and outer Core units.  Work on better postural alignment and strengthen your abs and back.
 
Restore and Renew (w/props):
  You will be supported in each pose using props in order for you to allow your muscles to completely release and relax.  Each pose is held for a long period of time (5-10 minutes).  Restore your balance and healthy energy flow from a longs day's work.
 

All classes are for everyone. Beginners are always welcome. Our classes provide options for you to feel comfortable to take our group practice to a more personal practice on your own mat. Over time you will learn how to work with your edge, and feel comfortable to move at your own pace. For those more advanced, feel free to deepen your practice by challenging yourself in your Asana practice. You will build strength, flexibility, and endurance while participating in our classes.
