We offer one on one Restorative Yoga programs which focus on suiting your particular need if you have varying conditions such as high blood pressure, osteoporosis, arthritis, diabetes and chronic stress. All of our Yoga teachers are certified and hold certificates in Restorative Yoga. They are trained to offer safe and effective Restorative Yoga programming for clients with medical conditions. Our mission is to work with clients after consulting their medical health care provider(s) to offer Restorative Yoga programs that enhance their medical treatment.
